? 沈建良, 中國(guó)科學(xué)院大學(xué)溫州研究院、溫州醫(yī)科大學(xué)眼視光學(xué)和視覺科學(xué)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究員。2014 年于中山大學(xué)化學(xué)學(xué)院獲得理學(xué)博士學(xué)位,2012-2017年于康奈爾醫(yī)學(xué)院休斯頓衛(wèi)理公會(huì)研究所從事助理研究員和博士后,2017年加入溫州醫(yī)科大學(xué)和中國(guó)科學(xué)院大學(xué)溫州研究院。

? 目前的研究方向?yàn)榧{米材料、納米技術(shù)在生物醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用。主要將納米材料用于癌癥的成像治療、微環(huán)境代謝機(jī)制研究、視網(wǎng)膜新生血管以及其他疾病的診療一體化應(yīng)用。已發(fā)表SCI論文40余篇,其中作為第一作者或通訊聯(lián)系人在Chem. Soc. Rev., Mater. Today, Nano Lett., ACS Nano等高水平學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表20余篇論文,已 申請(qǐng)和授權(quán)專利9項(xiàng)。


摘要:Patients with cancer have limited treatment options, since some carcinoma do not respond to endocrine or targeted therapies. For example, approximately 15% of breast cancers are classified as triple negative, which is a highly aggressive form of breast cancer that lacks expression of the estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), and Her2/neu.?


Therefore, therapeutic options are limited for the TNBC patients as hormonal and targeted therapies cannot be exploited. Accordingly, there is an urgent need to develop new therapeutic agents against TNBC.?


Here, we explore the role of functional inorganic-organic hybrid systems involved in the siRNA, combination, theranostic therapeutics advancements. Inorganic-organic hybrid platforms as the vectors for drug delivery are promising to give credit to the interdisciplinary cooperation between inorganic, organic, biology and medicine.
