本課題組主要從事微納米尺度化學工程、人工細胞和微流控技術相關的基礎研究和技術開發(fā),具體包括:
1)人工細胞和原始細胞
2)液滴微流控技術
3)仿生功能材料 (Soft matter & Active matter)
4)液液相分離(ATPS、團聚體、DNA液滴等)
5)單細胞基因測序建庫技術
主持國家自然科學基金青年項目(已結題)、面上項目、國家青年千人項目(已結題)、上海市面上項目、四川省面上項目,四川省天府峨眉計劃(依托上交四川研究院)、上交紹興研究院開放基金(已結題),共同主持上交醫(yī)工交叉青年和重點項目和若干橫向課題等。
