C.V. of?Dr. Robert Eagling?

Dr. Robert Eagling is a graduate of Newcastle University in England (both MS and Ph.D.) and brings to Chem his over 16 years of expe- rience in chemistry publishing, which includes journals, book commissioning, and the organization of high profile conferences such as?the International Symposium on Advancing the Chemical Sciences?(ISACS). He came to Cell Press from the Royal Society for Chemis- try, where he helped grow submissions, readership and overall impact factors of Chemical Society Reviews and Chemical Commu- nications and led the launch of Chemical Science.

?Abstract of the Talk

Chem is the first chemistry journal from Cell Press and a sister journal to Cell. It is launched to publish high-profile original manuscripts in all fields of chemistry and pro- vides a home for insightful and ground-breaking research that aims to address future global challenges.
